General questions
How does your service work?
Choose your service (translation, professional preparation, or web development), send your request through the secure form, and receive a custom quote within 24 hours. Work only starts after your approval, and you follow every step from your tracking page.
How much do your services cost?
Every request gets a custom, all-inclusive quote, confirmed in writing before work begins. You never pay more than the accepted quote.
How do I pay?
Payment instructions are sent with your quote, based on your situation: Zelle in the United States, international bank transfer, or Flooz in Togo. Quotes are issued in USD, FCFA, EUR, or CAD.
Are my documents and information safe?
Yes. Everything is stored on encrypted infrastructure, accessible only to your advisor. Your documents are never published, never shared, and can be deleted on request.
Can I track my request?
Yes. Every request gets a private tracking link, sent by email, showing progress in real time: received, quoted, in progress, delivered.
Translation and Editing
Are your translations certified?
Yes. Every official translation carries the statement "Translation certified true to the original", the translator's signature and seal, the date, and a unique verification code. If the receiving authority has specific requirements, check them before ordering: we are happy to advise.
What document formats do you accept?
PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), images (JPG, PNG), and readable photos of documents. If your document is in another format, contact us.
What is your turnaround time?
Generally 48 to 72 hours for short documents (1 to 3 pages). The exact deadline is confirmed with your quote before work begins.
Do you translate in both directions?
Yes: from French to English and from English to French.
How can a translated document be verified?
Every final PDF includes a unique QR code. A university, employer, or government office can scan it to verify on our site that the document was officially issued by us.
What if I need a correction after delivery?
Minor corrections (a typo, a proper name, a date) are free. Simply report them by email and a corrected version will be delivered quickly.
Professional preparation
What does the resume service include?
A resume rewritten and formatted by a specialist, tailored to your target country and role (North American conventions when needed), designed to pass recruiter screening software, delivered as PDF and an editable version, with a round of revisions included.
Do I need an existing resume?
No. An existing resume speeds things up, but we can start from a questionnaire and a conversation about your background.
What do you change on my LinkedIn profile?
Headline, summary, experience, skills, and keywords: your profile is rewritten to be found by recruiters in your target market, consistent with your resume.
In which language are the resume and profile delivered?
In French, English, or a bilingual version, depending on the market you target. You choose directly in the request form.
Do you also write SOPs and expert letters?
Yes. We write Statements of Purpose (SOPs) for university admissions, as well as Expert Opinion Letters for professional or immigration files. Select the matching deliverable in the request form.

What types of websites do you build?
Showcase sites, online stores, custom web applications, and redesigns of existing sites. Every project starts from your goals and your budget.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A description of your project: the goal of the site, pages or features you need, examples of sites you like, timeline, and an indicative budget if you have one. The request form guides you step by step.
Do you handle hosting and the domain name?
Yes. We advise you, set up hosting and the domain name, and can handle maintenance after launch, based on what is agreed in the quote.
How long does it take to build a site?
A showcase site typically takes a few weeks. An online store or application takes longer depending on complexity. The exact timeline is confirmed with your quote.
